Domestic Shipping
Free shipping to USA from Honolulu, Hawaii with tracking and insurance via USPS Priority Mail Express. Handling time 1-2 business days.
International Shipping
Free international shipping from Honolulu, Hawaii, USA with tracking and insurance via USPS Priority Mail Express International, USPS Global Express Guaranteed, DHL Express, FedEx International Priority Express, or UPS Worldwide Expedited. Handling time 1-2 business days.
Cancelations
To avoid a transaction fee, order cancelations must be requested within 30 minutes by emailing contact@reihamono.com. Cancelations requested after 30 minutes but prior to shipping will be refunded the total amount less any processing or postage fees incurred.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Additional customs and duties charges may be imposed by the destination country for imports. Rei Hamono is not responsible for any charges or delivery delays due to customs clearance.
Loss, Breakage or Discrepancies
The mission of Rei Hamono is 100% customer satisfaction. In the event of a dispute, claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery. For breakage resulting from carrier transit, the entirety of the original item(s) including packaging and packing materials must be kept intact for inspection by carrier.
Return Policy
Before returning any items, please contact us.
Products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, unused, and in immaculate condition with original receipt. Returned items showing any sign of use or damage will not be accepted for return or exchange. If the original packaging is damaged or in unsellable condition, returned items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All costs associated with the return shipping of items are the sole responsibility of the customer. This includes, but is not limited to, postage, insurance, and any other expenses incurred during the return process. Returned items are required to be shipped with tracking and insurance, as Rei Hamono is not liable for any items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds will not be distributed prior to full satisfaction with the product's condition. Refunds will be the amount paid, less original postage and insurance fees, transactional processing fees, and any other incurred costs.
International Returns
Please ensure the original invoice is included. It is the customer's responsibility to state that the item is either being returned or temporarily imported for repair. Not doing so may result in import tariffs and/or brokerage fees.
